- Coconut Oil: Creates a rich lather and hard bar.
- Palm Oil (sustainable): Adds hardness and lather.
- Shea Butter: Conditioning and moisturizing.
- Cocoa Butter: Moisturizing and adds hardness.
- Sweet Almond Oil: Conditioning.
- Glycerin: A natural byproduct of the saponification process, it's a humectant that draws moisture to the skin. (It's naturally present in handmade soap, unlike many commercial soaps where it's removed).
- Fragrance Oil: For natural fragrance and therapeutic properties (e.g., Quality Vanilla, Peach fragrance oils).
- Natural Colorants: Organic food grade
- Exfoliants/Additives (Optional): none
- Distilled Water: Used in the lye solution.
- Sodium Hydroxide (Lye): Essential for the saponification process. It is completely consumed in the chemical reaction and none remains in the final soap product.
